Basic Function:
involved in the whole beer-making process standardization all brewing process analysis of technological equipment brewery and development a plan to add facilities calculate cost price securing of technological and technical aspects of malting purchase-coordination of raw-material develop and improve recipe create new brands control an equipment ready for brewing the beer weighing and mixing ingredients keeping records of ingredients monitoring the temperature and quality of the beer

Must Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of brewing process
- University degree
- Earlier experience on brewer for about 2 years

Skills:
- Good English writing and speaking skills
- Responsibility, reliability,
- excellent work organization
